Team Workspaces
Team workspaces let you share account history and, for editors, generate media using the team owner's account. Manage teams from Dashboard → Teams.
Who can create a team
Team creation is available on Pro and Business plans. Pro teams can have up to 3 members; Business teams can have up to 10. The owner is not counted as a member. An account can own one team.
Create a team and invite people
- Open Teams and create a team with a name.
- Invite a person by email and choose Viewer or Editor.
- The invitee accepts the link in the email. Pending invitations count toward the member limit.
- Change a member's role or remove them from the Teams page at any time.
Invitees need their own Muapi account to accept an invitation. If they are not signed in, they can sign in and then return to the invitation link.
Viewer and Editor roles
| Role | What they can do |
|---|---|
| Viewer | Switch to the team view and inspect the owner's dashboard history and balance. They cannot generate against the team account. |
| Editor | View the team dashboard and start generations from the Muapi web interface using the owner's credits. |
Editors' team generations are charged to the owner's wallet and appear in the owner's usage history. Team editing does not grant access to the owner's API keys, billing controls, or programmatic API/CLI credentials. Editors can still use their own account separately when they switch back to their personal workspace.
Switch workspaces
Use the account switcher in the navigation bar to choose your personal account or a team you belong to. The dashboard shows the selected workspace. A viewer's team view is read-only; an editor can also generate from supported web interfaces while the team is selected.
To stop sharing access, the owner can remove a member or delete the team. A member can leave a team from their own Teams page. Removing or leaving a team does not delete the person's Muapi account.
