Dify with Muapi

Use the Muapi Dify plugin to generate images from Dify workflows, chatflows, and agents. The plugin is a Dify tool integration; it is not a provider for Dify's LLM nodes.

Install the plugin

  1. In Dify, open Plugins → Marketplace.
  2. Search for Muapi and install the Muapi plugin.
  3. Open the plugin's provider credentials and enter your Muapi API key. Create a key in the Muapi dashboard.
  4. Save the credentials.

The plugin can also be built and installed from the Muapi Dify plugin repository using Dify's local plugin package flow. Follow the repository README for packaging prerequisites and self-hosted installation steps.

Generate an image in a workflow

  1. Create or open a Dify workflow, chatflow, or agent.
  2. Add the Muapi Generate Image tool.
  3. Provide a prompt. Set the model and, if needed, width, height, and number of images.
  4. Connect the tool's image output to a workflow output or a later node, then run the workflow.

The plugin returns generated files to Dify. For current plugin parameters and releases, see the repository README.

Scope

The published plugin currently provides image generation. Video, editing, enhancement, audio, and model discovery are listed upstream as planned features; don't expect those tools unless a later plugin release adds them. For Dify apps that need text inference, configure a separate text model provider. Muapi's OpenAI-compatible chat API covers the supported Muapi text models.
