How to Use Topaz Upscale Video Generative

Provide a video: Set video_url to a publicly accessible video file URL.
Choose a model: Starlight Precise 2.6 is the default; use Starlight Fast 2 for lower cost, or Starlight HQ/Sharp/Mini for other quality/speed trade-offs.
