Motion Graphics API Reference

Endpoint

POST https://api.muapi.ai/api/v1/motion-graphics

Submit a job with your MuApi API key in the x-api-key header, then poll https://api.muapi.ai/api/v1/predictions/{request_id}/result until status is completed.

Parameters

prompt	string	Yes	Describe the motion graphics animation to generate.
category	string	No	Animation category. Use 'auto' to let AI detect the best style, or pick a category for optimised results. Use 'slideshow', 'showcase', or 'reel' when providing images/videos.Options: auto, infographics, text-animation, social-media, presentation, logo, product, 3d, slideshow, showcase, reelDefault: "auto"
images_list	array	No	Optional images to incorporate into the animation (up to 6). Required for slideshow, showcase, and reel categories.
video_files	array	No	Optional video clips to use as background or showcase footage (up to 2).
aspect_ratio	string	No	Output canvas aspect ratio.Options: 16:9, 9:16, 1:1Default: "16:9"
duration_seconds	int	No	Length of the animation in seconds (5–30).Default: 6
